We are looking .NET Developers that will help our team modernize a suite of web applications. Make your career soar at the Naval Air Warfare Center. Work on information systems supporting the weapons laboratories at the Navy’s Center of Excellence. Get experience in new technologies that will offer the growth opportunities you deserve!

 

Excellent salary plus a compressed schedule with alternate Fridays off!

 

If you can:

  1. Provide web application development and technical support for web applications.
  2. Provide technical consultation in new systems development; new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems.
  3. Prepare functional specifications from which programs will be written; then design; code; test; debug and document programs.
  4. Participate in the technical design; development; testing; implementation and maintenance of web application enhancements.
  5. Plan; schedule and conduct systems tests; monitor test result; and takes appropriate corrective action.
  6. Maintain current knowledge of the principles; methods; and techniques used in web software development.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.

Qualifications

2-5 years of related experience in web software development.

  

Experience with Software Design; Development; & Test and Evaluation; programming experience with ASP .NET with C# and PL/SQL with Oracle; XHMTL and JavaScript. Experience with .NET Integrated Development Environment tools.

 

Work location is at the Navy Base in China Lake, CA
