Provide expert level AV/VIS Systems engineering service support to:
Provide IT enhancement designs for medium and large-scale IT infrastructures
Apply knowledge of engineering and scientific principles, computer technologies, and human cognition to design, implement and manage information systems
Design and develop databases, develop system architectures, establish system standards, integrate an information system with varied data sources and networks, and generally to plan, integrate, design, test or operate information systems
Translate operational, functional, and technical requirements, performance objectives (into telecommunication information systems design criteria), and specifications for individual elements and subsystems which comprise the system solution
Provide IT enhancement designs for infrastructures and equipment transition plans, and develop system architecture
Analyze operational, functional and technical requirements in order to develop Systems Design documents such as Systems Design Plans, Engineering Implementation Plans, etc.
Perform technical feasibility studies and conduct decision analysis
Develop, analyze and produce technical Courses of Action (COAs) for decisions regarding system designs
Develop and present technical information papers (e.g. Issue Paper, Executive Correspondence, etc.)
Develop and deliver White Papers and Technical Reports
Develop, deliver, and support briefings to the customer for presentation to project stakeholders.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
5-8 years of related systems engineering experience.
