The QAM is responsible for the quality of services delivered on the program.
The QAM works to ensure all performance standards, measures, and contract deliverables are in conformance with the contract, e.g., quality control plan, performance work statement, the quality assurance surveillance plan, and contract deliverables.
The QAM will support all functional areas of the Air Force program contract.
QAM duties include, but not limited to, leading all activities involving quality assurance, compliance, audits, deliverables, and process improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
Proficiency in ISO 9001-20000 IT Service Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library standards REQUIRED.
Minimum of 10 years of quality assurance experience REQUIRED.
10-15 years experience, DoD experience, Pentagon experience or Air Force experience highly desired.
